Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product received is damaged. We do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased on sale.

• Conditions for Exchange:
  An exchange will only be accepted if the product received is damaged. Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, with all tags fully attached, and returned in their undamaged packaging.
• Ineligible for Return or Exchange:
  We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Items purchased from other retail locations or websites.
• Merchandise that has been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
• End-of-season sale or final sale items.

We take the greatest care to uphold the highest quality standards and endeavor to provide you with the best product and service. 

Additional Notes:

• Every Anamika Ananth piece is handmade and finely crafted in India. Quality control checks are performed at every step of the process on every item and also before shipping. If you receive a product that is not in perfect condition, please contact our customer service team immediately.
• We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above criteria or are requested beyond the 3-day grace period.
• We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions. Similarly, we do not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or mishandled return packages.
• Please note that any claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made directly with the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we are unable to accommodate cancellations.

Refund Process:

• If you cancel your order within the allowed time frame, a refund will be processed within 7 days.
• Please note, we do not offer returns or refunds on items once the order has been processed, as all products are handmade to order.
